ABOUT THE PROJECT

Assistance was provided for Google’s involvement at the 2018 China International Import Expo. Google’s participation was an intent to reach out to Chinese nationals and companies that were looking to work with other companies that were outside of China.
We were tasked to design and develop an offline experience for Google’s Arts and Culture Palace Museum assets, to overcome the access issues to Google’s servers in China. This was done in a way that brought out the visual impact of the booth on a 10 meter display.
In just under a month, we were able to design a new touchscreen interface and develop the Gigapixel Media Server. We were also onsite to install and troubleshoot the system.
